DCC (6642)- Impregnated DMD Laminates

DCC(6642) are a family of 3-ply laminates of DMD( non-woven polyester fiber mat bonded to both sides of polyester film) impregnated by class-H heat-proof resin. As a result, it has excellent dielectricity, adhesivity and heat-resistance. After coated by thermal-hardening glue in B stage, it becomes reliable thermal bonding composites which are perfect insulating materials for class-F transformers

Storage/Packing:

Packed in carton after sealed by plastic film，and keep upright. Stored in below 35℃、dry、clean environment，keep from humidity and fire；Shelf life is 12 months.

Applications:

Impregnated DMD composites are suitable for Class-F insulation of foil coil in dry-type transformers and other heat-proof insulation of metal conductors needing thermal-hardening bonding.
