Polyimide Tape with double-side silicone adhesive(PTDS) is a pressure-sensitive tape made of heat- resisting polyimide (PI) film coated
by silicone adhesive on two sides with one side in high adhesion, and another in low adhesion,and can be repeatedly used,widely applied in
FPC,SMT wave soldering,etc.
Characters:
* Higher mechanical strength, better dielectric strength with thinner insulation ply
* Excellent heat resistance ,used as class- H insulation and can work for a long term at 200℃ but short time at 280℃;
* Good flexibility, better tear resistance and excellent workability, and can be glued on the different-sized workpieces;
* Self-sticking and good bonding strength , no removal after stripping off
* Different thickness and width to meet customers’ specific requirements.
