MT Polyimide Film is a homogeneous film with over 3 times thermal conductivity of polyimide film HN,made from special formulation and work process,widely used in electronics industry for thermal control and management,etc.
Characters:
* Good thermal conductivity--0.36/0.6/0.8w/m.k
* Class H insulation and heat resistance. and can work long at 200℃.
*Higher mechanical strength, better tear resistance and flexibility.
