Polyimide films is a family of aromatic synthetic polymer plastic film with imide bond on molecule chain. It has pyromellitic structure and biphenyl structure with excellent heat stability, mechanical and dielectric strength, radiation and chemical resistance, and able to be applied from -269℃(-452°F) to 400℃ (752°F), widely used in electrical and electronic,aerospace,automobile industry,etc.

The manufacturing process of above is: first polymerized by pyromellitic anhydride(PMDA) and 4,4-oxydianiline(ODA) and then through salivating and extending, and dehydrating for imidization.
